A note about insurance billing: I bill your insurance company directly based on the information you provide. All insurance company’s have specific requirements and procedures which must be followed. Some of these rules are my responsibility and some are the insured client’s responsibilities. As with any business, if for any reason your insurance company fails to pay for your sessions you will be responsible for payment. |
