About JLinn
J Linn has been practicing Reiki since 1999, massage since 2002 and began working professionally with animals in 2003. Prior to finding her healing ability she enjoyed a career in photography and music.
It was foretold that J Linn should be and would be a healer when she was young. That information lay dormant in her subconscious until one day in Kanab, UT in the late 1990’s.
J and two friends were volunteering at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary when she had an epiphany. She realized she could no longer volunteer only as a dog-walker and kennel cleaner, there had to be more she could do for the individual animals well-being (and she couldn’t adopt them ALL!)
That set her on the search for her path. The path began with Reiki level I training. She found giving Reiki treatments so enjoyable that she took it another step and added massage therapy certification. Reiki II training came next, then small animal massage training and certification. She completed her Reiki Master-Teacher level and is a practicing canine warm water therapy provider.

Philosophy:
The power of touch is amazing and I believe a large part of our inherent, natural ability to heal. In conjunction with knowledge of anatomy, physiology and energy, that power can be astounding. Helping people to overcome pain is truly rewarding. Helping them understand their body and learn ways to cope with physically challenging lifestyles is an ongoing learning and teaching experience, one that I look forward to daily.

"Dear J,
My Mom and I wanted to write this and tell you and everyone how much we appreciate the love and support you've given us throughout the past few years. Your healing talents are extraordinary! You have found your niche' in life when you incorporated your wonderful "human" massage and Reiki talents into animal care. And now water therapy!! Woohoo!! I'm loving it!
You see, since I am an old chocolate lab whose had my share of medical problems, I still feel like a puppy thanks to your massages, Reiki, and water therapy that we've done. Having a history of aspiration pneumonia, I really like that I can swim while wearing a life preserver in the pool so I won't choke on the water. I think Willow (the cat) is a bit jealous that she hasn't gotten to come swim in the pool, but she sure loved the energy treatments I got at home...I think she got some of it too when she calmly laid on my paws while you were working on me.
So Thank you!!!! Mom and I owe much health in your honor. Mom's neck is soooo much better thanks to you too!
See you in the water!!”
Henry (woof!)
